Compliance with this policy, associated procedures, and shipboard instructions is mandatory for all employees and representatives of NEO TANKER. Quality is a shared responsibility across the organization.
Additionally, NEO TANKER does not manage vessels older than 15 years without a valid CAP/CAS rating of 2, and under no circumstances will manage vessels exceeding 25 years of age.

Company Security Policy
NEO TANKER's security policy aims to safeguard life, prevent injuries, and protect property, including ships, cargo, and associated assets, from threats posed by terrorism or criminal activities.
To achieve this, the company has implemented comprehensive security measures onboard to identify potential risks and prevent incidents that could compromise the safety of ships, personnel, and port facilities. These measures comply fully with SOLAS Chapter XI-2 and the ISPS Code.
The Master and all crew members are required to follow the provisions outlined in the Ship Security Plan (SSP) and maintain familiarity with their assigned duties. Mandatory training sessions, conducted by the Master or Ship Security Officer (SSO), ensure preparedness and compliance.
The company affirms that the Master holds overriding authority to make decisions concerning the safety and security of the vessel. In cases where safety and security requirements conflict, the Master will prioritize actions necessary to maintain the ship's safety.
Furthermore, the company pledges full support to the Company Security Officer (CSO), Master, and SSO in fulfilling their security responsibilities.
